Towns Client for Sale.
Selling a towns client that removes the time delay for sitting/standing.
I have two.
One is the gaia towns with the pool and the other is spring time.

Gaia put in a time delay for sitting so it wouldn't look like you were humping someone like they did in 07, but now that they put it its like a 3-5 sec delay to sit and then press the button to stand up.

The client is meant for you, so I'd guess that only you would be able to sit and stand as much as you'd like.
