Okay, so here's the deal now...if I'm stuck buying hacked accounts I need people to NOT freak out and hit the sell button in the market place like you have parkinsons disease... I want the accounts as they are, just change the email/password and leave it alone after you tell me the worth.


Why do I ask this? Because that's a red flag to any Mod on Gaia that the account has been hacked...

That's not directed at you, it's directed at future sellers.

I log in, check account worth, change pass and email, and log out. Is that secure enough? Some people say "sell items!" or "trade all items away" or "change username!" or "make avatar naked!" and that's all red flags, like you were saying.

If it's actively hacked red flags are immediately sent.

The instant someone sends "my account hacked" report, it is thoroughly investigated. There is no realistic way to transfer items/money without raising flags. The LEAST conspicuous way would be dumpster diving it, and i dont even know if that would work given the nature of dd

There was. Hacking of inactives. Gaia had trk double over time to find people who did it correctly. Hacking active accounts is always a nono however

What ever happened to the good old days of securing accounts and holding onto them for quite some time before selling... I miss the old LG...

Only like a week or two and accounts were secured forever because of the recovery hack where you could recover unused email addresses. That's fixed now though, so you won't see accounts that have been secured for that long anymore.
