Based off the price of 25$ per tril in pure and 50% value of Gcash I valued the account at roughly 700$

That seems to be the main issue and I'm paranoid about being the first person to trade and someone just backing out and running with the account.

Understandable, and with a high value account like that, definitely have a MM helping you. If someone really wants to buy they shouldn't have a problem with one.
