Very nice. And do you mind telling me how you verify it? I could have sworn you had to tie it to your bank account or credit card to verify, but I assume you wouldn't do that for accounts you're sending to others.

the site you register too acts as your bank account all you need is the codes they give you
than wait 2-3 days until its verified

Wow.
I'm surprised nobody has released this for free again. Back in the old LG, someone released this in the Junkyard, and everyone knew about it.
It's how I got my first one verified.

For NetSpend:

1. Register an account with fake info.

2. Once you have registered your account at NetSpend.com, go to the Main Page if you are not already at the Main Page.

3. Log into your NetSpend account. You should be able to see the tabs/buttons.

4. Move your mouse over to the button/tab that says Add/Manage Money and it should drop down a menu. Pick the one called Free Bank Transfers.

5. You should see the page with all the Bank buttons.

6. You should see another button under the 6 buttons saying See generic instructions. Click it.

7. On this page, make sure you log in your PayPal before proceeding. Once, you have logged in your PayPal account, click on the Unverified - Get Verified! text and it should bring you to another page.

8. On the PayPal verifying page, click on the Add Bank Account. Back on the NetSpend, See generic instructions page, scroll down to Step 2 and you should see the information with all the NetSpend extenal account.

9. Use that information for your 'Bank Account' back on the PayPal Add Bank Account page.

10. Within 2-3 days, check your NetSpend account for any deposits by PayPal and you can log back into your PayPal account then and verify your account.

This what I got. Have fun there's no longer a need for this store.

You probably got this off of somebody else anyways, so you were leeching it anyways. Therefore you have no right to insult him. You could have just helped us by releasing a guide instead of trying to make gain out of it.
