Heart Gold and Soul Silver
I'm so excited for this new Pokemon game for the DS to be released. It come out in march. I can't wait.

Are any of you guys going to get this game?

Absolutely! I'm totally geeking out over this release, it's kinda sad. My friend's are all "you play pokemon?". Hell yeah I do. ever since I got Pokemon Blue on a gameboy pocket.

I started with Blue, too!
Here's the order of the ones I've bought that I got them in:
Blue
Yellow
Silver
Crystal
Sapphire
LeafGreen
Pearl
Platinum

I don't know if I have it in me to put another chunk of time into Pokemon. I spent hundreds of hours in Crystal alone.

Funny, I never played Chrystal. I was really into Ruby, for like 2 years.

crystal was my favorite. best storyline/gameplay. even if it had lame graphics

I played the hell out of the ones I had. Just played Crystal the most because it was the biggest.

I fucking hate gamestop so I didn't preorder it from them yet.
But I can't wait for it come out either. I'm such a nerd. ;A; I want the little poke'walker so I can take my pokemon every where with me!
I've played pretty much every pokemon gameboy/GBA/DS.

Sapphire and Crystal were my favorite, I played crystal, over, and over again.

Also monster ranchers DS is coming out then and I'll probably pick up that, seeing as I've played every monster rancher game for the psx/ps2.

Crystal was the best out of the old generation, since it fixed stuff up from Silver/Gold (and it was the first to have animated pokemon in battle).

I'm surprised it took them this long to remake gold/silver!

i traded my Missing no from my red version to it and then it froze and never started up again xD

According to serebii.net it's a gamestop instore event. HATE those, since I'm never near any of the stores

I agree with that.

My friend has a Jap version of the game, and was seen with his PokeWalker, he got ripped on the entire day XD

And yeah I hate the fact that I don't live near GameStops, I have to travel sooo far.

nintendo are a pain in the ass with their events. bad enough not being close to the store, trying being in a different country!

I don't cheat at the pokemon games, I find it boring. HOWEVER the one exception I make is for activating events, if possible. no other way I'd get 'em.

Now if I only knew how to :rolleyes:

It's kind of like what the "Pikachu 2" did for Silver/Gold/Crystal. It's a pedometer, and you send stuff into the game after you walk far enough (shake the thing for long enough). There might be games or shit like that, but I don't remember.

I totally would too, I'd just stick it in my bag or something. I would never walk around with it attached to me.

I'm at that age where I sometimes get weird looks when seen playing pokemon. But I don't really go anywhere w/o my DS.

at my school people are all like eww DS thats for kids PSP is way better
and i'm all like gtfo DS kills psp

I agree for the most part, it's hard to compare for me since I don't have a PSP, but I think the games are more user friendly and the touchscreen is awesome on the DS. Plus, all the pokemon games are Nintendo, I would never give it up for a psp.

I do plan on getting one of them for my birthday, not sure which though, but I am excited.

I haven't bought a Pokemon game since Gold, although I've briefly played some since then.

Thus Heart Gold will make the perfect next game for me to play. :)
