Database error, need help

I have my php registration script in the server, apache and mysql are all up, etc.

At first it wouldn't recognize the hostname, I fixed that, but now my success prompt doesn't show up and nothing gets saved onto the database.

If you need the script, I'll put it up.

Post screen shot of Error. Are you using my guide?

Not using your guide, and there's no shot of error. The page doesn't display anything and the database doesn't receive anything when the php script gets used.

Is PHP active? WAMP or LAMP Depending on your OS.
