According to the previous definitions it wouldn't be insulting someone's comprehension skills, merely pointing out that they either couldn't comprehend it (which isn't an insult) or simply didn't analyze it at all.
Continuing on with this is pretty pointless though, I was wrong.

I can't be neglectful in an analysis I never made. That's like saying I'm a bad parent for not having kids.
