Healthy eating habits and workout plan help!
Okay so, i need help on what food to eat if i want to become ripped and what kind of exercises should i do?

Your best bet is probably to start slow with Creatine shakes and a regular work out retinue and just test to see what works for you.
Monitor your intake of sugars, carbs, fibers, and proteins and work with these till you find whats optimal. Change you exercise regimen as well, alot of people find they plateau quickly and its because your muscled become accustomed to what your doing.
Other than that, just give it your all.

I don't have a breakfast plan as I usually have a meal replacement protein bar for breakfast.
