Working out again.

Working out again.
I've been slacking on my workouts this year, and finally have a decent schedule to start up again. So far it's just been running/walking, yoga, and cardio mixed in. The workouts have been about 2 hours each. (Morning and night). Should be joining a gym later this month.

Anyone know if any good DVD's to follow for carido/strength? I have some p90x DVDs (someone took some of them e_e so it feels as if my routine is now incomplete)

The Insanity and the newest P90X release. I think it's the 540 sect. Those 2 will do basically full body and a lot of cardio.

Just do a 5 day split with cardio on rest days. It's the way to go to build strength, and keep your run up with the weight you might gain. You may lose weight if you have fat to convert to muscle, but beyond that, if you have no fat, you'll gain muscle weight and become more tone.
For mass/weight: low rep high weight intensity training.
For tone/cut/figure high rep low weight.

Legs/Abs
Chest
Back/Abs
Rest
Shoulders/Abs
Arms
Rest

You'll see results in 2 weeks. Especially if you are supplementing and consuming protein. (I'm intaking a 42g protein shake every meal, with a 20g 3 hours before working out with breakfast, and a 42g after I finish.)
And be sure to drink a lot of water. Otherwise everything you're doing is wasted and your body can't metabolise.

I'd recommend this website for any workout plans/ideas you'll need. It breaks it down by types of equipment, muscle groups, secondaries, etc. And it has detailed information on how to do exercizes, and every supplement you could imagine.

It even has a way to search work out plans based on age, gender, and your goal.

"Bro just go to the gym and see what other guys do"

Meaning that he thinks that LVC is an actual guy.

There's no need to hyper analyze someone's post to try and point out that he thinks she's a guy.
Who the fuck cares who thinks who's gender is on the internet
It's not like he's trying to fuck her.

I refer to people as guys all the time.
It's not always gender specific....

But that's besides the point, again, who cares what your gender is on a forum, don't get butthurt.
and it's off topic.
