10 Year Old Girl Tased.

Yeah she didn't want to take a bath or something, and had a huge fit causing a 'disturbance' leading to people calling the police and then this happened.

She kinda deserved it and had it comeing to her you know? you cant just kick someone armed in the nuts!

Yeah, but the mum even told the officer he was allowed to tase her. I mean it was only a slight tasing meaning it just stopped her from having a huge fit.

I am alsndering if she took the shower in the end... :p

Thats a horrible mother "Tase her if you have too" what a monster >.> the girl should be with her dad. Also she probably did because the mom was like "BITCH TAKE A SHOWER OR ELSE I WILL MAKE THE OFFICER SHOOT YOU"

Lol, doubt it :p But yeah the girl should stay with her father, but I think the cop shot her because she kicked him xD

You can't sue a cop, and either way he had the right to because he was getting attacked.

Taser the little pain till she learns to shut up and do as she's told. Kids today, I swear. You did what you were told when I was growing up or you father came over and beat you til to got the picture after a few times of that.

If you need call cops because you cant get your kid under control, then you, as a parent, have done something horribly wrong.

Honestly I thought the taser was a little much. But she needs to learn to show respect to the ones who gave birth to her.

Yeah but he tased her because she was turning violent. (Which now thinking it why didn't they just hold her back, how much strength could a 10year old girl have onfused

I think it sucked that the girl got tased..

but as they mention...

Well people are saying that she deserved it because she kicked him but still i think its wrong

People who go through police training must do a certain task before the graduate and that task is enduring all of their own defenses, like pepper spray in the eyes and tazering. This is to teach them that these things are very painful, and used in emergencies as last resorts ONLY.

She's 10, I'm sure the kick couldn't have hurt that much. And Really, it seems he tased her because he got frustrated. I think it could have been handled a much better way...

She wouldn't of have gotten tased if the mother didn't say that she could tase her if neccessary

The mother doesn't have a say in it anyway. It's up to the cops judgement, and he judged wrong. None of the blame can be placed on the mother, IMO...

Some of the blame cause the mom said "You can tase her if neccessary" or something along those lines. A pepper spray would of have been a smarter move

So if the mom had said "You can slap her and then tie her up if necessary" The cop would have the right to do that?

She didn't force the cop to tazer the girl, yet he did anyway.

Kid sounds like a freak. I think she deserves to be tasered. Thats why you don't kick an armed policeman when you have nothing to defend yourself with.

If i were the policeman i would have been mad,
but don't blame her, her parents are the reflection.

Anything she does, is her parents responsibility.

It doesn't matter what the father thinks, the mother, her legal guardian, said that if she was so out of control the officer couldn't control her, that she was to be electrocuted, if i was kicked in the nuts i would have hit her across the face with the end of my gun.

It's sad that cops need to taze a 10 year old girl, they've been trained in how to handle men that are in drunken rages yet they had to resort to tazing a little girl?

IMHO, this is just another definition of 'excessive force'. There are many ways of subduing somebody, and don't lets forget that tasers aren't 100% effective (people can shake off the effects.), which has already been proven.

But honestly, I don't think that she deserved it. Sure, kids of today can be worse than their counterparts of 30 years ago, but I'll let you in on a little secret: psychological patterns change. get over it.

I know there should of been another way to stop a little girl. I mean why didn't they just pick her up and carry her to the room or something... But since she turned violent I think she should of got tased.
