Meh, I don't know if the first bit I tried was laced or something, but it just made me feel dumb, I couldn't think ahead I just stayed in the present. It was like having no foresight, really made me hate it so I say legalize it to make people realize how retarded it is.
legalize it with very minimal taxation, and keep prices of legally sold marijuana lower than illegal marijuana, thus eliminating illegal drug trade in that market, which is surprisingly high, though not as bad as more hard core drug markets.

I twould be impossible for the government to price it cheaper then the illegal, the illegal price can fluctuate to almost nothing because it can be as simple as a one man job with the guy growing it in his backyard, where as the government would have to thoroughly track and relugate it, and package it in something other then a baggie.

those one man jobs are not the ones that cause major legal and societal issues, and with government standardized pot there is a guarantee it is not laced, and has a quality requirement.
People can grow their own tobacco to make cigars, but do they? Most of the time no. People would probably be to lat/fix

I actually think its illegal to grow your own tobacco here, i know its for sure illegal to sell tobacco you have grown yourself.

I find Marijuana to be very minimal in its effects, at least when it comes to the pros/cons... alcohol on the other hand--well, I think that should have been illegal long before marijuana, period.

Alcohol was illegal once. It gave rise to notorious criminals like Al Capone. It destroyed society with tons of illegal activity. Making alcohol illegal is like making chocolate illegal.

I think the adverse 'slower/stupider' side effects apple to people that are so high, so often, that they[Or their bodies] forget when they're not high. Or something like that.

I dont smoke every week, but when i do smoke i have the best feeling ever and i dont stop laughing and you can never understand me and i end up punching people and hugging them afterwards. Yeah... marijuana is pretty much a constant orgasm for about 2 hours.

I think cali is the same as here, you need to have a medicinal marijuana card, there its much easier to obtain though, they give it to you for depression, where as here you get get straight up heroin, but youhave to be dying of cancer.

Spice is just a kind of mary jay that you do not need a medical card to have .
