Losing weight
So, I've been in Delaware for about a year now and found out that I cannot go to a gym anymore since there are none in Delaware that are worth what they charge at all.

For some reason, over the past year I have gained A LOT of fat, it's starting to take a toll on my self esteem and I am sick of my body now.

I want to know if anyone knows a good routine to at least lose fat, without regurgitating, and maybe help gain my muscle back while I am at it.

I like this girl but my body is lowering my self esteem and making it harder for me to talk to her. I basically just want to lose my gut.

Any advice?

I don't have much money at all and not eating much isn't helping at all. (I only eat 1-2 meals a day, I'm lucky to have 2 meals.)

When you're losing weight never cut back on meals. That's only going to make you gain weight more. Be sure to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner with healthy snacks in between to keep your metabolism running.

I suggest running and doing 3 sets of sit ups. Run Monday through Friday and do sit ups Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. When you're doing situps dont stop till you cant do it anymore. When you finish doing the situps drink milk.

If you're young this wont be too hard. Just keep at it for awhile.

Another easier way: Join a school sport. I am on the football team and we weight lift. I also do track but that's not as much intensity as football is.

I do night jogging all the time, whenever the weather is fine.
I'll have to start eating more meals then.

I'm out of school, I did do varsity weight lifting in high school, as a class first thing in the morning. (what a wake up call...)
I'm 19, my matabolismtruly sucks, I barely digest foods much as it is and it turns to fat really easily.

You do night running? xD I prefer morning running because of the boost of energy you get from it.
Try not to eat too many fat junk foods.
But whatever you do, dont cut back on carbs.
