I hate Hollywood and the culture society has about movies now. Because you're all goodless, idiots that pay to see any thing regardless of if it's good or not Hollywood creates garbage. You buy the garbage and Hollywood makes more. As a result movies aren't about stories or plots or even characters, no they are about money and what words can we call a title that will get the most slack jawed idiots to come see a movie. This plays directly into the idea of making sequels and reboots to things that shouldn't have sequels or reboots, like Star Wars.
So no I'm not excited for the rape and destruction of one of the best stories and pieces of cinema of our life time.

Souleater wrote:From what Disney and LucasArts are revealing, its a direct sequel to the Original Series. Han and Leia are supposed to be making a return as well as Luke. So if there is a direct sequel it will probably follow the real return of the Empire.
As far as prequels to the prequels go, I don't even know where they would go with that. The only real way they can go is follow the Old Republic MMO story line, because I really doubt that they would run the Revan/Nihilus story line. Or the other way it could go is the original outcasts from the Jedi Order that settled on Korriban.
There are also apparently non-canon movies in the works as well.
