Some scientist found a way to breed any 2 animals no matter their species, I know it might not be possible what so ever, but imagine

Chimeras?
We already do that. It's called gene manipulation. We just cut out the sex part. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

The interspecies organism would die from chromosomal mismatch. And if the chromosomes could magically match, it wouldn't have appropriate organs/muscles/etc. across its species-distinct systems. It would surely die within minutes of however magic they could use to bring it to life to begin with.
