The us should give up on Democracy and become an Communist country
1. socialist healthcare
2. no one and i mean no one can be dumb as shit, racist, or fucking complain
3. did i mention free healthcare
4. lower to middle class nearly instantly
5. better job payments
6. we can socialize with other countries
7. no dumb state, or congress men, president doing dumb shit
8. people with an iq higher than a peanut in office.

I don't think you understand Communism vs Socialism. A basic income is probably one of the best ideas, along with Universal healthcare. Not all of the USA's politicians are stupid, some of them are willfully ignorant because they are paid to be, there are some particularly evil people in office nowadays.

well i was aiming for more socialism with freedoms such as freedom of killing yourself with illegal drugs.
you can have any weapon your heart desires and if you can afford it.

So your saying that if i had the money i could buy an ac130 and bomb places here in the u.s. if i had the money?

You can buy them, yes. You can't bomb places though. Without like a permit. Or maybe if you owned some dessert out in Nevada or some shit. But you still might need some sort of permit for like obstructing air traffic for other planes or environmental damages/pollution caused by detonating bombs, or potential earth trimmer side effect costs or whatever.

At least on a federal level. State laws may differ as to what you can own, and may require like a certificate of education in the weapon's use. But each piece of weaponry is legal somewhere in the US. That's why we have them in existence.

What are the requiremento buy an ac130?

I mean youd oviously have to be a us citizen, and who knows you might have to be a 20+ year veteran and gain the states trust or do some long term commitment shit? No

If it was that easy for anyone with money to buy an ac130 any psychoatic rich mother fucker could have bought one and bombed random places in the us for fun and then suiciding him self
