Showers hot or cold?

What kind of shower do you like to take? also more importantly... does anyone know why you get tired and dizzy when you take a hot shower for a long period of time?

For me it depends on my mood.

Uhh... I can't fathom a cold shower. I always do hot. And no, I don't get tired or dizzy.

I just get sleepy when I get a hot shower

i take warm to hot bath
i dont get dizzy or sleepy

Well, i like hot showers cus its so relaxing. and idk i suppose it could be the heat, and heat makes your bloodpressure rise a bit(i assume)
so that could be why it makes u a bit dizzy.

well then you'd probrably get sick or something. XD i dont see how people can take cold showers though. But it comes with an option to gget very cold, so yeh i suppose some people could prefer it.

on some television show people ofter take cold showers to cool themselves off after a heart-racing event, or circumstance.

in the morning i take a hot shower.
after school i take a cold shower..
before bed i take a warm shower..

Taking freezing cold showers burns fat. It's good exercise.

I only took cold showers in the summer when I was in band camp.
I'd come home and drop dead on the couch, then at some point got a shower.

I can take either. Cold when my heat turns off (duh) and yeah I get dizzy but i have low blood pressure so thats probably it.

Hot in the morning and in the afternoon, after the Jacuzzi cold. But I usually jump into a cold pool, not use a cold shower

Hot. The only reasons for take a cold shower are summer camp and living in an apartment where someone else can constantly use you hot water.

i take hot showers. nothing feels better after a really, reallylong day and a fucked up PT session like a nice hot shower. cold showers are generally only good with me for when you are running a massive fever that has your blood boiling, which i also experience often now.

Normally I take hot showers, but sometimes after a hard lacrosse practice ill take a cold one to cool down.

Never take a benadryl 30 minutes before a shower. I almost fainted. D':

I always do hot.
And I keep it hot until i get used to it, and get it a bit hotter and hotter until the hot water is maxed or i can't take it anymore and i get out.
( I do this after I'm done washing and crap. )
It's just a fun thing to do.
I dunno why it's just ammusing lol.

I like warm showers because if it is too hot i just can't stand it and it is the same for cold.

I prefer the Coldness then I keep moving it up a notch until it's boiling . i end up like a lobster.

I tried showering with cold but i got hella sick and didnt want to try again
but it got me warm when i got outside because i think the water was cooler than the outside temperture or something O_o

I take my showers in hot water...I showered in cold before and i coudnt move..the coldness locks my body up...its odd i know haha...also hot water feels better but leaves your skin to dry

I always use a hot shower, I just can't cold =/ I think it's because I used hot showers since I was little so that's why.

Hot showers if I can. Since I live in Colorado the water in the pipes are always warm - cold and its pissing me off D<

Cold showers aren't really a freezing point zero kelvin thing, just cool water.

I love to take Hot showers. All the time.

But I only get hot showers in hotels

I take really hot showers, but not for too long 'cause then I start to sweat, and sweating in the shower isn't fun.
