Do you guys have sleeping problems, or, do you sleep throughout the night?
I know some have insomnia, which mine is getting messed up.:/. I keep going to sleep early now, which causes me to wakeup 4 times a night, but. I do still stayup late like 1 day. Also, I've been waking up early due to scary
dreams.):
Well, they said teenagers only need 6 - 8 hours of sleep.
I have 6 hours, But it's like I just had a 1 hour of sleep, Alarms don't wake me up too.
I tried to, but every time it alarms, it seems like I'll automatically turn it off and sleep again.
Then I'll regret turning it off when I woke up... late. =/
On Wednesday, I screwed up my wakeup times on my alarm. So I skipped 2 classes. Talk about regretting.):
I hate it more when my Mom screwed the wakeup times too =/
That happened last Wednesday, I got late.
I didn't even got the time to make myself look like a human being -.-
I go to bed when I feel like it I then get up around 10 the next day. The only problems I face are loud people waking me up and the fact I have instantaneous wake up/fall asleep deal, which translates into English as I fall asleep and then wake up the next day with no sense of time passing between those two events for me, kind of weird feeling. It apparently means I'm really really out of it when I sleep.
when I'm sleeping, I cannot be facing a wall. I need to be facing the more open part of the room. If I fall asleep staring at a wall thats closer to me than the rest of the room, then I'll get nightmares. If I fall asleep facing the open area of the room I won't. And if I fall asleep on my stomache/back I won't dream at all.
I have insomnia. I managed to keep it in check for when college started. Had to wake up 8 hours earlier than I was used to waking (wtf, right?). So I slept little the days before, took over-the-counter sleep aid, etc. and managed to wake up on time perfectly fine. But for the normal night, like tonight, sleeping doesn't seem logical. Mainly because I always feel like my time could be used to do something more worthwhile. I don't like the idea of sleep. I always want to do things - no matter what it is. I'd rather clean the house than sleep, because it's productive.
So I think that's where my insomnia stems from. At least partially. I don't like the idea of spending a third of the entire day doing nothing except being practically unconscious when there's so much to be done in the world. Thus, my mind keeps my awake at night.
Regardless of how much sleep I get, I can not get up on time. I usually get up at 9:45 when I have to be at school at 10:15 and have to rush through everything.
When my teacher asks me why I am tardy again, I tell her shower has priority over being on time.
Well not problems really, my body just usually doesn't want to sleep.
I used to have night terrors... I outgrew both...
Same. I normally go to bed around 11pm, sometimes 10 and I sleep like a baby.
I can't remember dreams now which really makes waking up boring. Only reason I wake up is because of my docked iPod which has to be turned up way loud for me to even notice it (did i mention it's right beside my head?)
I always have sleeping problems, I ussally don't call asleep until like 3-4 at night, and then get up at 6, then 8, then 10 and stay up the rest of the day, unless im really exhausted or drank alot, then I can sleep past twelve.
