I'm trying to loose weight as well.
I find that if you know your going to spend extended periods of time on the computer; then every hour go for a 15 minute walk or something of that nature to stretch yourself.
eat smaller portions, avoid all fast food; lift weights. drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day, take vitamins, eat alot of fibre (fruit, veggies. makes you poop good and cleans you out)
pretty much common sence; if you think its bad don't do it.
Drinking also has alot of calories.

Thanks for the tips Ash I really appreciated it

well if your trying to lose a gut, then basically running/walking for periods of time is one of your only options. along with cutting down on intake. don't worry bout searching for calories. just substitute snacks with something else (like 10 pushups when you get hungry) and like he said vitamins and lots of water are important

Start participating in sports, like track and field, gymnastics, wrestling, w/e. That keeps me in shape.

Run.
Run a few miles every day. Increases speed and distance as you get better. Change you diet. Eat healthy and don't eat between meals. Get a full nights sleep.
Running will make you make you tired and hungrier than you've ever been so this will take work.

This is gonna sound weird but whenever I need to lose weight I do not eat at all for like a 2 day period not healthy i know but it works for me.....my dad is a semi professional fighter and if he weighs to much to enter a certain weight class fight in the summer he puts a garbage bag over himself puts arm and head hole in it and jumps rope for a long time... Neither of these would be suggested by any doctor but i find they both work well:rolleyes:

Chat with Obby.
He makes me do Push-Ups when I talk to him.
That one time.

Ontopic:
Eat less and less food each time you eat so that you wont actually notice it getting less. No Sudden "No EATING" Diets.

Exercise Regularly. Mostly 70 Pushups and 50 Curl-Ups and Some few miles Running.

A nice diet with at least 7 serves of Veggies and 5 serves of fruit.
Drinking tea probably will help and around 30 minutes of any physical activity, each day.

Just don't overdo your diet and drink plenty of water : D
Also I lost weight when I started running about 2 hours a day, but I still ate whatever I wanted. And I just can't stay on a diet :S

Poke your throat. Bulimia is a cheap, effortless weight loss strategy used by many people.

Eat healthier and exercise more often instead of posting on LogicalGamers, no joke.

I'm still a little chubby. I was fat growing up, but started weight training and its paid off a lot. Try that. You will still be hungry most of the day but at least its from building muscle, not feeding your fat cells. I see fat cells as being people on food stamps. They just keep coming and coming until you make them get a job.

Hit the gym.
#22
You could jog around your block or something its like the easiest way.
#23
Cheap way to get skinny, DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) i had a friend go from over 200 to 140(ish) pretty quick xD
#24
Play on the computer and get addicted.
#25
It's not really about eating less. It's about how often you eat, counteracted by how often you exercise. Eat three meals a day (to avoid later eating binges after you've missed meals), and give some effort into moderate exercise at least an hour a day. Every day.

If you starve your body it will begin to eat its own fat. So technically, you body is eating itself. Extremely unhealthy. But hey, whatever floats your boat.

Just.. exercise, dude. How to Lose Weight | eHow.com

Exercise and Eating lots of fruits and vegetables...I maintain a good weight level by doing 60 pushups and 100 situps a day
#28
Eat less carbs and avoid junkfood/fastfood like the plague always works.

When you're craving for a snack, eat some crabsticks or cereal.

Choose food with less salt too. :)

I watched an episode of anime that I really like, and then do 50 pushups. Then another episode... and so one. After 4 or 5 episodes, it get really hard since lactic acid builds up between the pushup sessions.
